Stellar Blade PC Release Date Leaked Early by Sony, Complete Edition Coming June 11
An upcoming PC version of Stellar Blade has been revealed ahead of schedule, thanks to an early trailer upload by Sony itself. The action title from Korean studio Shift Up is now set to launch on Steam on June 11, bringing with it a host of PC-exclusive features.
The trailer—briefly published on the official PlayStation YouTube channel before being pulled—also confirmed a Complete Edition of the game, bundling the base adventure with all existing downloadable content. Although the footage was quickly removed, fans were quick to archive it, and it's expected Sony will make an official announcement soon.
Originally released for PS5 in April 2024, Stellar Blade was a breakout success, selling over a million copies within just two months and generating $43 million in royalties. Now, Shift Up is bringing the action to PC, where it expects even bigger sales numbers.
The PC edition will boast a suite of upgrades, including support for Nvidia DLSS 4, AMD FSR 3, ultrawide resolutions, unlocked frame rates, improved texture quality, and even DualSense haptics and trigger feedback. Voiceover options in Japanese and Chinese will also be included.
The leaked trailer also teased fresh content: a new boss fight against Mann, the Leader of the Sentinels, plus 25 additional outfits—all of which are likely to appear on PS5 as well. A brief scene where protagonist Eve drops a memory stick caught fans' attention, sparking speculation that a new ending or extra DLC may be on the way.
With Shift Up reportedly eyeing a sequel following the game's strong reception, Stellar Blade could become a long-running franchise. GAMENEON INDIA gave the game a solid 7/10, praising its fast-paced combat and stylish presentation.
