Marvel Rivals Season 4 Trailer Drops, Confirms Daredevil, Angela, and PS4 Release Date
NetEase Games has finally pulled back the curtain on Marvel Rivals Season 4: Heart of the Dragon, giving fans their first official glimpse at two new playable heroes — Daredevil and Angela — along with some exciting news: the game is officially coming to PlayStation 4.
In a dramatic new trailer clocking in at just over a minute and a half, we see Matt Murdock (aka Daredevil) clashing with the Asgardian warrior Angela. Their battle takes center stage, but it also serves to confirm months of speculation surrounding a PS4 port of the popular comic-based shooter.
What really raised eyebrows, though, is the surprise twist in the trailer’s final moments — a looming threat in the form of Doctor Doom, who appears to be plotting to steal the Chronal Chi from the dragon Shou-Lao. According to the narration, his actions could threaten the balance of the heavens themselves.
Alongside all this, NetEase also revealed the official launch date for Season 4: September 12, 2025. That’s less than two weeks away, meaning fans won’t have to wait long to dive into the new content.
As for the PS4 version — long rumored and the subject of plenty of internet jokes about how a last-gen console would handle the game’s chaos — actual gameplay footage still hasn’t been shown. However, with the release so close, players can likely expect more details and a hands-on look very soon.
